Pros

Revivn is a fantastic place to grow skills and expertise exponentially. Management encourages employees to identify growth areas and take the initiative to create solutions. The team is incredibly driven, and the environment is supportive and collaborative. Flexible schedule for in office time and, once work ethic is demonstrated and trust is built, WFH. Beautiful physical office space as well. I reported directly to the co-founders, who I thought were both great. Excellent mentors, and transparent about their thoughts and the business in a way I have not seen at other companies. Revivn is a registered Public Benefit Corporation as well as B-Corp certified, and is very mission driven. It is a great mix of for-profit and non-profit activities, and is very focused on sustainability and issues of tech access.

Cons

Expect lots of feedback. Leadership understands that failure is part of growth (within certain parameters), but because of the size of the team, mistakes will not go unnoticed. This is not necessarily a con, but if someone is very sensitive to honest feedback, this might be hard for them. The job does not stop at 5pm. Expect to be answering a few emails/slacks a few times a night, especially if one is on the Sales team.
