      Challenging environment, training material and knowledge.

      Cons

      super fast environment which does not allow enough time for knowledge dilution creating propensity for mistakes and errors, dependant on numbers rather than quality, some workflows need improvements

      Pros

      Working at Revolut offers high - paced career growth, competitive pay and a remote friendly environment. It is my first WFH job and I am really enjoying this. You can easily maintain your personal and professional life. There are opportunities to take on high ownership and learn rapidly.

      Cons

      Cons I would say is KPIs which are sometimes hard to achieve. Relentless focus on KPIs and strict monitoring. Unstable shift timings, which impacts on our daily life routine.
