Cutting-edge Tech: You get to work with proprietary internal tools that are far more advanced than traditional banking systems Ownership: You are trusted to make independent decisions Meritocratic: If you hit your numbers and show initiative, you can move up to the ladder. Remote Benefits: The ability to work from home and the free Metal subscription/perks are nice. Brand Name: Having Revolut FIU on your resume is a gold star for future compliance roles.

Cons

Burnout Risk: The pace is relentless. It’s easy to feel like just another number in the system. High KPI Pressure: The "Never Settle" culture translates to very high daily targets that can feel robotic and often conflict with the "Think Deeper" value. Shift Work: The 24/7 nature of the FIU means working on weekends are common, which might disrupt personal plans.
