Workload is very high - goal posts contstantly moving so hard to get things signed off KPIs need to be met - delayed for factors outside your control? Get ready to play a blame game and have your reasons ready Poor crypto knowledge in company Very white company too (no diversity really, at least in the team I was in)

Free deliveroo if you stay in office until 7pm (Think about why they would offer this) Onsite gym if you get the time to use it

Expected to start working day at 4am, and still be available at 12am to hunt for logos in an extremely saturated market Hiring 180 employees per month, turnover rate is ridiculous Terrible management / training plan - felt like I was completing AI generated uni assignments that there was no time for within normal working hours Feels like working a minimum wage job due to lack of earning opportunities and long expected hours Constantly changing the processes, salesforce is a clown show with multiple people emailing (automated cadences) the same contacts over and over again expecting something different each time
