      - 100% remote working without any push to 'go back to office' - Good pay (comparing to people with my level of experience and even more in other companies) - Inspiring people all around you - Flat-management in the meaning that you don't feel any distance between you and someone on 'head of' level, at least I have that feeling

      Cons

      There are some things you have to find out and learn on your own, the company really counts on you being an A-player.

      Pros

      Self-motivation goes a long way here. If you're willing to put in the time, the pay and benefits are good, but the 401k is lacking (4% max, non-roth only).

      Cons

      Not many people are willing to help from what I've seen. More often than not, my requests for help were met with "have you looked it up?" The experience was frustrating to say the least
