The collaborative environment makes solving complex customer issues much easier. Management provides solid training, and there is a genuine focus on customer satisfaction rather than just "closing tickets. Good benefits and the flexibility to work from home. You will definitely learn how to multitask and handle difficult personalities. It's a fast-paced environment that keeps you on your toes constantly.

Cons

Honestly, I haven’t encountered any negatives worth mentioning yet. I am very satisfied with the current environment. As the company grows quickly, keeping up with rapid internal changes can be a minor challenge, though handled well.
