      Leadership is completely detached from employee reality, either through lack of care or attention. Your best people will leave if you don't change.

      Pros

      I have been working at Revolut for a year as AE. It is not a place for everybody, you can join Revolut if you are committed, motivated, hard working and persistent. There are great opportunities of growth and you can get a high quarterly bonus if you exceed the targets. The targets are reachable, I have always done between 180% and 220%.

      Cons

      Revolut hires too many people (mostly with no degrees) and I would suggest to make a better screening and invest more on training the ones hired.
