      Pros

      Fast paced environment surrounded by A players all around the business. Revolut promotes a lot the "Dream Team" so no competitiveness within the team involved which is absolutely fantastic when you are working under demanding KPI's. Everyone is also very willing to help you with anything which coming from consulting I must say was very impresive to me. Also the best part of this firm is that you manage your own schedule, you know what you have to do, which meeting you need to be in and with that information you create your own schedule. Plus, you can work from the office or from home (totally up to you) and last but not least, 2 months of working abroad policy for those who want to enjoy it!

      Cons

      - Very demanding job - Always need to be delivering Wow which sometimes can be exhausting but help you not give up.

      Everything is focused only on productivity, feels like no human contact
