      learn a lot of information, the colleagues are very helpful, opportunities to grow in your role and outside of it

      Cons

      the workload is high, can be a stressful workplace with a lot of pressure, and difficult to reach KPIs

      Pros

      It's a very inclusive company, they have 0 tolerance for harrasment, bullying, prejudice of any type. People are all very nice and supportive, they don't see you just as a number, they want you (and make sure you do) to feel well working either on the office or at home.

      Cons

      They have lots of info at the beginning for new comers to learn, it's a little bit confusing.
