Thanks for your honest review. One of our greatest assets is our welcoming and inclusive team - and that we give them a great environment to do their best work in. We’ve been reforming our hiring, onboarding, and learning and development processes to address these issues since you posted this review. Training is now part of every new joiner’s onboarding process, and we have learning and development training that will be rolling out throughout the year to keep everyone refreshed and updated on the most important information in the company and industry. We’ve recently introduced a personal training budget that can be used for any learning and development needs. We’re working on building stronger internal communications processes, with clearer processes being built in to scale up as we grow.
