Hey thanks for your honest review. We’re glad that you found your projects interesting and that our benefits package worked for you. We encourage effective communication and learning, and that’s why we often bring staff over from country offices to HQ. We appreciate your taking the time to let us know where we can improve. As we were in the process of huge growth last year, we didn’t have all of our processes perfected and we relied a lot on our people to pick up slack as we hired in new specialists for those roles. We are committed to making sure that our processes are scalable and that we provide enough support company-wide. We never want anyone to feel that they’re working in a negative environment, and from hiring all the way through to performance reviews, our People team emphasises the values that we support and behaviour we do not tolerate.
