- great possibility to develop the skills - getting fin tech experience - possibility to improve the processes and procedures . Company is opened to new things and improvements

Cons

-sometimes hard to get what is needed from different stakeholders -work life balance is not kept - due to the speed of the growth no time to focus on one things, priorities are to be changed every day
