Pros
Revolut is giving you the option to grow, and they are helping you to find your best skills and develop them. The atmosphere and culture is really good, I am really happy to be here and be a part of this company. In case of any difficulties, there are a lots of people that are here to help and understand what is wrong. If you want to spread your wings and learn, and be better version - join revolut :)
Cons
Unfortunately, there is a a small sense od competition here. In our office, on the huge screen, all the emplyess are able to see who was the best in the last 24 hours. Who has the best productivity. This is not good. You making us feel that we need to start a race with our collegaues and for some, this is not fun. If you want to motivate us to be better, just let us know. We will try harder, but to do that, we do not need to see the best 5 people in the office.
