      Team leaders and manager are very supportive

      Cons

      Hr support is non existent The policy affecting your salary can be changed anytime Most of the times you will feel like a an entry on an excel sheet The work force management team is not understanding at all There are always some or the other techical issues No transparency for the employees who are actually interacting with customers on daily basis Always Unfair work enviornment No exceptions for the issues/error due to management misconduct or due to technical difficulties within revolut Most of the times you will observe lack of ownership within verticals Unattainable kpis if you are doing your job with integrity Integrity and honesty is judged upon the kpis not according to the person who is helping revolut to grow
