-salary and benefits above market rate -possibility of growth within the company

Cons

-micromanagement -terrible preassure from both managers and colleagues -unrealistic kpi that most of employees are unable to reach and that change every quarter (by change I mean go up)

Pros

You're going to learn a lot! If you need more time for assessments and you have good communication with your LM they will help you out. Nice benefits since the beginning, excellent tools to work (Mac) they pay you on time, grocery vouchers (Card) are awesome.

Cons

I cannot see the difference between Jr and Mid due to the ridiculous 4-5% of increase. Low pay for a role with too many responsibilities, KPI's extremely hard to achieve every time it feels like you're going to be fired. No balance between personal life and work environment and also no options to work remotely.
