One of the best places I have worked at, I love the flexible work from home policy and the support for mental health and all the fun initiatives around the office.

Cons

Probably need more in person initiatives as it can get isolating being by yourself remote.

Pros

Great place to advance your career, learn and work with very smart people. A lot of ownership and scope if you are willing to take it. Integration of AI is being done properly and not just throwing it at everything and burning tokens.

Cons

Depending on your seniority workload can be higher at times, but tbh not at a bigger scale than in my previous jobs.
