Pros

Executive leadership cares about employees and there's nice incentives and perks working there. If you are a motivated/self starting individual, you can get a lot of experience.

Cons

The company is still working through breaking down silos and has a few management adjustments they should make. Don't stay more than a few years if you desire moving up or want appropriate pay increases.

Pros

Very professional atmosphere. Innovative products and services. Employees are dedicated, intelligent and ambitious. Benefits are decent.

Cons

Like the majority of public companies, shareholder (not employee) value drives most impactful decisions. Many jobs being outsourced to lower cost regions. Conformity and uniformity is expected and rewarded by leadership. No real focus on professional development unless you are a favored employee. Not much diversity when I was there.
