Pros

Good managers, compensation is market rate and PTO policy is above average.

Cons

Difficult to engage any type of support group when issues arise. Collaboration between groups is difficult to achieve. Access to applications is very locked down. Even with administrator privileges, hard to manipulate any environments.

Pay is barely high enough to be considered a living wage.
