Pros

Good pay, and i got to work with good people. Lots of responsibilities carried by all.

Cons

Such a big company, so not everything was working when needed. Also, not working with people in a one on one environment made it hard to achieve important goals.

Pros

401k matching up to 5%, advancement opportunities,

Cons

Salaries tend to be on the lower side (still fair). Few bonuses, profit sharing packages. Cross-team communication and middle management is terrible.
