Pros

A paycheck every 2 weeks

Cons

Still behave like the old Perkin Elmer. Stuck in the 60s mindset. CEO makes over $10M with bonuses while employees have to go to food banks to eat. Leadership doesn't think they are the problem. Decisions are made that have no thought behind them and are ruining business units that have been running successfully for years. Greed at it's highest with the good old boy mentality. Doesn't care about employees at all.
