Pros

Currently working as an R&D Analyst in Turku. The work is interesting and gives good exposure to product development and scientific problem solving. A big plus is the team, people are knowledgeable, supportive, and easy to work with. There is a good balance between independent work and collaboration across functions. The role offers a lot of learning, especially if you enjoy working with data, experiments, and continuous improvement.

Cons

At times priorities can shift quickly and timelines can be tight, but overall it’s a good environment for professional growth.
