      Strong team collaboration and support across projects. The option to work remotely provides excellent flexibility. Internal mobility and role changes allow you to broaden your skills and experience. Attractive benefits in Germany, including pension scheme and VWL. Overall, generally positive experience in a dynamic, evolving environment.

      Cons

      Career planning could be more structured. Ownership and engagement levels vary between departments, partly due to high workloads as the company undergoes a major transformation.
