Good place to learn about technological developments in scientific software. Salary is way higher than the average salary in Spain. Good package: medical insurance, 401(k).

Cons

The company is sales-oriented and most managers either do not know the science behind the products and/or do not consider their Scientist employees' opinions. Most managers just want to make a name for themselves.
