Business Outlook
Pros
The people here make a great culture. Great environment that supports work hard/ play hard attitude. They are not afraid to make the right changes and adopt new technology where applicable. Everyone knows how to do their job and do it well. The business has proven to be resilient and responsive to the needs of the marketplace. Senior leadership is talented and well versed in their respective roles.
Cons
There's still some technical debt (older tools/apps) to be tackled but that's actually a good thing because there's room for replacement/new technology adoption.
