Pros

Have Flexible hours, great customers

Cons

No security whatsoever. Company constantly changing comp plans. Constantly hiring and firing employees which makes it hard to build/grow with your team. Seems once people start making decent money, they dismiss you.

The culture of our company has been evolving over the past year to more of a performance driven culture and is growing faster pace than ever before. Our employees enjoy working hard and having fun. We are paying our Account Executives to perform and will continue to evolve the compensation plans to pay uncapped commissions to drive results. We are very excited about the changes the Senior Leaders are making to pay competitive compensation packages to our high performing associates.

Pros

You get a paycheck but it doesn’t feel right.

Cons

The loans that they offer to restaurants at a two to one ratio will cause some to go bankrupt.
