Pros

nothing more than a pay check.

Cons

Push programs on restaurant owners that can't really tell how much new business. It's all about trying to get new business. RN takes tax/tip percentage from the restaurant.

Pros

You do not have to go into an office every day, you work out of your home.

Cons

Micro management. Constant harassment from your regional manager about sales calls, closing ratio, merchants dropping off the program. The marketing is a bunch of smoke & mirrors. Merchant does not see increased sales/revenue. Rewards Network cannibalizes the merchants existing customers while trying to prove that Rewards Network caused the customer to dine at the restaurant. Upper management thinks the program is rainbows & Unicorns. Merchants would be better off spending their money on other marketing.
