A truly compassionate company

Pros

The desire to help every customer succeed truly runs deep in this company. I see it every day through customer-focused product improvements, extraordinary customer service, a consulting mentality from sales, and executive leadership always putting the company first. Even throughout the pandemic when RN was hurting the most, they gave away our services for free, and even gave tens of thousands of dollars of cash to customers for absolutely nothing in return. They also really care about their employees. There is constant open communication from executive leadership, and ideas from all around the company are heard and very often acted upon. Not to mention giving many random days off just because they know everyone has worked really hard. Oh, and it's just a fun place to work with cool people.

Cons

There's obviously industry risk given the times, but restaurants are bouncing back and the company is thriving again. You get what you put into this company. You can't come in and just get lost in the noise. You will have a voice whether you like it or not...so be prepared for that.
