Pros

Most of the CSM team is truly great. They have built a strong trauma bond.

Cons

Micromanagement from c level. They are so focused on bigger and more sales they are loosing sight of company values.(placed on mute during comp plan change calls) no room for feedback They create new departments with no real vision. Results in lay offs or extreme turnover. Lack of structure. Org changes every 2-3 months. Not a respectful work place - MANY out burst from colleagues.

Pros

- Hybrid workweek, only one mandatory day in the office. - Good pay when factoring in the monthly bonus. - Coworkers were fun to work with.

Cons

High turnover company wide, resulting in unstable work loads. You can wind up with 3x the work load at a moments notice. Unpleasant work, better than cold calling but not by much. Company had grown revenue since coming under new ownership but struggles with profitability, which calls into question the company's future outlook.
