Pros

This company is on the move. Its making strides to upgrade all its processes and bring in amazing people. Its invigorated itself with youth and energy and is charging full steam ahead. The people are amazing you have around you with an energetic feel even on the days when the work is rougher than normal.

Cons

Some of the benefit packages are more expensive than other places but not to any degree where its a shocker. Some of the back end tech is in the process of being upgraded and still needs fixes. It is after all very much in a startup type feel right now with changes happening daily

Pros

Full benefits, insurance, 401K, salary plus commission and unlimited PTO. The company has new owners, new management, new focus with better and bigger goals for growth. They are investing on technology, hiring the best people, growing our partnership with national brands. The company is also investing on us, rewarding is with higher commissions to bring more restaurants to our program. It could be fast pace, demanding and challenging but so worth it. The more you challange yourself the more $$$$$$ you can make since commissions are based on performance. Overall I love the company, the mission, management, job security and the road the company is taking to help us and our restaurants grow even more.

Cons

Great insurance but could be a little expensive, we don’t have much profesional advancement as of right now but on the pro side management is working on it and soon we will have more room for profesional growth.

Thank you very much for the positive feedback. We are continually improving every facet of the business to help drive a Fun Performance driven culture that will in turn help us get to 50,000 restaurants by 2025. We have improved the benefits program to be more competitive in the market to retain employees and attract high performers. Last year we added unlimited PTO with great excitement and we hope that our employees use this great benefit. Who knows what 2019 will bring as we continue to look at exciting ways to drive the business forward.
