Pros

Long established; the people; the management; training; ability to set own schedule; working with restaurants/bar industry

Cons

Pay, pay pay. Take months (almost 3) to get paid commissions on deals closed. Long wait to get paid for hard work and even those commissions are lower than expected.

Pros

Management is great. Very helpful when you need them and they back off when you don't. Easy to reach anyone at corporate when you need something.

Cons

Training was very long and required multiple week long trips to Chicago. I felt it could have been easily condensed into one week.

Pros

The work-life balance. The flexible schedule. The compensation package was good for a 40 hour week outside sales position.

Cons

The marketing is limited and does not reach a millennial consumer. Eventually the B2C product will expire if they don't reevaluate the product.
