Super friendly People, and very welcoming. Catered lunches on Tuesday's. Understanding managers, not very high stress.

Cons

Slow moving and outdated in many ways. 40 year old company so feels like stuck in the past in many ways.

- Benefits - Flexible schedule - Great compensation - Unique product - Restaurant owners are amazing

Cons

I have been in this position for many years and it seems to be like many managerial changes are happening. I have started to be micromanaged even though I am performing above average. Changes to our compensation plan are lowering my commissions. Approvals have gotten extremely strict in some areas of the country and other areas seem to still be lenient. Seems to be a lot of inconsistency lately.
