People within the department were very smart.

Cons

Benefits were not great. Bonuses were rarely paid in full. There was always a reason to shaft staff out of their bonuses. There is no advancement from within. Its definitely a boys club most SR level managers were men.

Total compensation and benefits are very competitive. Company has a large focus on safety and environmental compliance. Growth is a key driver.

Cons

Communication is an issue with numerous silos within company with one side not knowing what the other is doing. Strong focus on meeting financial expectations regardless of how it is accomplished.
