Rats, flies, poor top level management. Ash, filth, you name it.

Cons

Many managers lack the time or ability to mentor and focus on professional development. Come prepared to be an expert. Guidance will most likely not be available.

Company has a stable business base with steady revenue stream. Potential to be a good company to work at.

Cons

Lack of communication, lack of teamwork, lean staffing and lots of overtime required. Very little chance for advancement since most management positions are filled from outside. Some years have small or no bonuses.
