My boss is great. He let's me work all the overtime I want. Even though I don't know a thing about my job.

I can not sleep over at the plant,so as I can spend my every waking hour at work.

Pros

The company offers good pay and benefits . The employees here are great and safety is also good. If you like overtime there's plenty of it.

Cons

The environment is terrible. Promotions are possible so long as there are no relatives waiting to be promoted regardless of how much time they have in. Our plant is plagued by this. The average walk in employee is at a huge disadvantage. There is an old saying, "if it looks like a duck and walks like a duck then it probably is a duck"....
