      Rexel has a strong promote-from-within ethic that provides opportunities to move vertically and laterally within the organization. Leadership's vision is in step with industry trends. There is a focus on DE&I. Overall, Rexel is a great place to work.

      Lack of diversity in the workforce. Managers are frequently promoted from within due to seniority rather than managerial capability.

      Everyone works to get to yes. I enjoy the team and that we are working to make the world better. Great bosses great employees, great logistics.
