Pros

Good training and career development prospects

Cons

Little consideration to branch wellbeing. Recently a plan for developing the office and getting a new canteen was cancelled last minute. Causing a drop in morale. Below inflation price rises and in the recent climate no news on next pay rise.

Pros

I have yet to find a positive about this business.

Cons

From the moment I arrived into the business, I had no induction, no training, I had no working equipment. I was just left in the branch looking at information. I had. No clear direction in what I needed to do. Was left to work out everything myself. A real lack in respect for their staff.

Pros

Group strategy, career opportunity, global player

Cons

UK is very volatile, no clear sustainable strategy, blame culture, back stabbing within executive team, not customer focused at senior level, branch network restricted in delivering service proposition
