there was no pros. no free drinks not even water. no public transport. equipment is very old and barely anything works. if you make a mistake system is so rigid that you need to got trough two bureau's to solve a simplest mistake.

Day off for birthday. A little something I guess. Online academy is good, if you actually have time to use it!

Cons

Branches horrifically under-resourced. Management don't bat an eyelid to branches only having one member of staff when colleagues are off/on holiday. Put up pricing to gain extra money due to the perilous state the company is in. Newbury distribution centre has cost somewhere in the region of £100 million including stock yet doesn't function properly. Internal computer system outdated and often doesn't function as it should do. Like it's staff to consider the company as the best and safest place to work, not sure if leadership actually believe this or are deluded like the staff think they are. Some staffs pay is absolutely appalling.
