Over worked and not enough staff Pay rate not in line with market Not for beginners within this field

In terms of looking after employees Rexel is at the very bottom scale, they promise 10% bonus but in the 6 years i was there, recieved a bonus once at 2%, they like to promote from within so they can avoid paying market rates, it is common knowledge at Rexel that internal promotions are capped at 10%, i've seen some amazing people leave the business due to not getting rises in YEARS of being there, Rexel has a massive high turnover rate due to the lack of employee satisfaction, they did a employee survey in 2021 and majority voted against recommending Rexel for work and hr didnt even care, joke of a hr team.
