Before we became rexel, things were good. We had great staff on the ground but now lots of our best guys have gone to competitors due to money and working conditions. Also great head office staff who have now left, two amazing ladies in finance who were worth their weight in a gold and the only worthy recruiter we had who actually had a personality and cared about us. We almost always got paid on time, and not working weekends is good.

Cons

Stuck up, better than you mentality of some of the regional teams, and stupid policies implemented by head office who then never answer their phones. Bonuses and incentives are always wrong.
