      I have yet to find a positive about this business.

      Cons

      From the moment I arrived into the business, I had no induction, no training, I had no working equipment. I was just left in the branch looking at information. I had. No clear direction in what I needed to do. Was left to work out everything myself. A real lack in respect for their staff.

      Large organization with a lot of upward mobility potential. Likes to promote from within. Teaches culture and actively seeks employees that have great core competencies. Executive team is actively involved and listens well.

      Benefits are relatively competitive but could be better.

      Pros

      Team environment accomplishing big things together. Great coworkers. The top leadership has the company on a good path. Variety of daily work. They also try hard to promote from within, have development opportunities, and promote a good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Some of the buildings are a little outdated, but in the grand scheme of things, it doesn't bother me.
