      -Company car -Fuel Card -Expences - Although you have to claim back from your own money which some people don't like -Laptop/Phone -OK initial wage

      -UNDERSTAFFED -Wages are stuck forever unless you fight like mad and do silly tick box exercises -Employees struggle with self progression. In my time I've seen 2/3 good employees leave due to the lack of self progression even though self progression is promoted within the company.. Rarely hapens -Sometimes given impossible tasks with unrealistic targets -All very secretive from the top down. You hear not even half the story
