Business Outlook

Pros

Management is so out of touch, you can get by doing no work

Cons

No accountability, no communication, constant cost cutting, never puts employees first. Business is performing poorly, yet nothing changes. Senior leaders, including CEO are not fit for their jobs. Rexel USA is unethical, compliance issues abound
