Pros

Some excellent people, and good rewards, reward and recognition has got better with things like milestones etc, more face to face interaction with leadership team. A push on better working environments for branch networks which is positive. Some good people on Excom.

Cons

Inconsistencies between banners and mixed messaging from a comms point of view (wellbeing/recruitment freeze and recruit from within/going external), statutory pay for family leave policies (at least uplift 2 week paternity leave). Inconsistencies in HR processes for HR. Denmans is a fantastic business that sometimes seemed to be overlooked.
