Pros

There is some real quality of people within Rexel however much to be questioned whether they will stay in the longer term

Cons

- Employees treated differently - Lack of communication - Poor change programs, no consideration for those effected - Senior Management team click - Poor Senior leaders in HR, do not consider this company as progression as there is no clear transparent plan for development within (you get the job if your name fits) - No communication to the network, people left confused - Daily pressure to hit target - No clear strategy - Poor Bonus structure - Poor Engagement

Pros

Family oriented company that seems to take care of their employees. Decent salary for positions and is very HR conscious company.

Cons

If you aren't in the "click" or an extreme performer in a management position, Top management will work with HR to have to gone quickly. Corporate also liked to change the structure up quite a bit.
