Pros

Compensation & benefits are good. Also, co-workers are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Cons

Too many meetings, upper management that doesn't change, company car program which costs the employee every paycheck, bonus/incentive plan that is provided half-way through the year instead of at the beginning.

Mediocre Business: Business is in Trouble

Pros

* A number of very loyal employees high tenured employees (this number is dwindling as they are being forced out), some strong mid-level leaders that care about their employees and the business. * Potential growth opportunity - Current leaders are leaving the company providing opportunities for internal growth. Caution: Trend is towards filling positions externally or not at all. * Good benefit package.

Cons

* Business continually experiences irresponsible change, negative impact to the field. * Business sales continues to contract each year resulting continual layoffs. Workload increases to unbearable levels for those that are left. * Work-life Balance is non-existent. Stress levels are ridiculously high. * Salary increases are non-existent. Negotiate high if you decide to accept a position with Rexel. * Bonuses are rarely paid fairly. * HR is incompetent. The company culture is suffering as a result. * Operations is confused. Letting metrics run employees to poor customer service. * Sales are not growing, no focus on natural growth. Beginning to contract as a result. Acquisitions won't cover this failure forever. * High turnover - Best employees are leaving as fast as they can. Recruiting unable to hire qualified talent effectively causing a spiral effect in poor leadership.
