Pros

- Above average compensation for entry level graduates. - innovative company - good benefits (401 matching, company vehicle) -very easy to learn the job responsibilities

Cons

-Managers can be very annoying -promotions are very slow. You need to be the regions managers pet to possibly get promoted. -company is full of politics. - you are working in gas stations every day. If you have a degree you often feel like you are doing tasks that are below you. - you deal with people that are not very smart or respectful in the gas stations.
