      No real leaders, performance ratings are based on your relationship with your manager not what you delivered. Brown Williams management brought back the good old boy promotion system and performance process,

      Wonderful benefits, company car, many expenses paid, great management with alot of experiance. Great training programs.

      Cons

      60+ hour work week. Always something to during the work day and after work and on the weekends. They also relocate people to places less than favorable places. Advancement is based on your desire to relocate anywhere.
