Pros

Car, Life Work Balance, the 401K is awesome!

Cons

Management is horrible, there is no upward mobility the industry keeps shrinking and company keeps cutting benefits and increasing the workload. Do not work here unless you just need a few years of expereince in B2B. Also management does not respenct workers at all, huge turnover rates. Super intense micro management.

Pros

Some very good people work for them. Salary was fair.

Cons

Middle management made confusing statements to the sales force like saying they wanted to be the number 1 tobacco company and then listed several companies that while strong brands, were not the number 1 companies in their fields. ie. Starbucks, it's a great company but doesn't sell nearly as much coffee as Dunkin Donuts.
