Pros

Great people to work with from middle managers down to the field. Compensation is good and benefits are excellent. Good foundation for cpg sales expereince.

Cons

Work 80 hours per week and it's still not enough. The pay for performance culture based on 1/2 metrics and 1/2 core values. You can make all your metrics but if executive management thinks you may have a bad attitude - don't be expecting a annual bonus. Based on the last 2 or 3 corporate restructures, the facts are that they do discriminate based on age. The majority of new hires are all in their 20s, the majority of promotions are all employees under 40.

Pros

*Flexability * benefits including company car * work independently, no boss constantly with you * somewhere or place different daily *yearly conference to gather all employees * salary is okay, but could use improvement

Cons

*un-obtainable objectives and goals * no matter how much experience, you must have a degree & be relocateable or forget a promotion!!! * management can definitely be one sided/ its not what you do! its if your manager likes you! * listen to the field, we are out here everyday doing what we do best *company direction changes constantly and not always for the best

Pros

My overall experience was good. Very supportive peers and they are tring to empower their employees to make discession in the field.

Cons

Senior Managerment has become less and less supportive of discussions made in the field. They say they give you the ability but they questions the discissions once they are made.
