Pros

Schedule is flexible depending on your manager. Free gas and no car payment is a great savings

Cons

Poor planning from upper management has you running one direction 100 miles and turning around back the other way 300 miles. The company could save alot of money in one simple area--POS and the ordering of supplies. I am sure there are plenty other areas too. They also drain the blood from you, there is no work-life balance and two weeks vacations is not nearly enough for this job.

Pros

Great opportunity for advancement, and you own your geographic territory. The benefits are pretty good. There is a flexible scedule which leaves time for a good work life balance.

Cons

The constant change in direction from upper management. We are defiantly not compensated for the amount of work we do. We are the lowest paid of all the major tobacco companies, with the exception of commonwealth. The industry as a whole is in a steady decline so I really don't know if there is a long term future in the tobacco industry.
